Privacy Policy

We collect account information you provide (name, email, company), workspace content you create, and technical logs needed to operate the service securely.

When you connect social accounts, we receive OAuth tokens and profile/page identifiers necessary to publish and retrieve analytics on your behalf.

• Workspace content, calendars, and approval records
• OAuth access tokens and refresh metadata for connected networks
• Usage telemetry and security logs

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, MarketFlow uses Meta’s Graph APIs to authenticate, list Pages/accounts you administer, publish content you authorize, and retrieve insights permitted by your granted scopes.

We only request permissions required for product functionality. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to provide MarketFlow features you initiate.

LinkedIn connections use LinkedIn OAuth and APIs to authenticate members or organizations, publish approved posts, and retrieve available analytics for connected entities.

Access is limited to the scopes granted during authorization and may be revoked by you in LinkedIn settings or by disconnecting the account in MarketFlow.

We use personal data to provide the product, authenticate users, process publishing jobs, generate analytics, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use connected social content to train public foundation models.

Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers with encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive secrets such as OAuth tokens.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion requests, we remove or anonymize personal data within the timelines described on our Data Deletion page, except where retention is required by law.

Social networks act as independent controllers for data on their platforms. MarketFlow acts as a processor/service provider for workspace content you create inside our product, and as a controller for account administration data.

You can revoke OAuth access at any time from the social network and by disconnecting integrations in MarketFlow.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
